    Explore moving on the breath and develop your practice in our Core Flow classes. Based on the postures and fundamental elements of Vinyasa yoga, this sequence is a full body workout. Core Flow is led at a moderate pace and is designed to guide you through sun salutations, warriors, balances and backbends. Sweat out the stress of your day and feel better after each class.
